Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the items in their original Artizan Joyeria gift box and secure them inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
